Manganese Orotate. Reported anecdotally to prevent migraines. (Only one study found using manganese for migraines, and that one used it in combination with multiple other agents, and not in the orotate form, but it did show a trend towards statistical significance in relieving migraines. (2) Clinical experience with the use of manganese orotate in chronic migraines strongly supports the contention that it is effective in preventing migraines.
